How far in advance should I place my order?

We book events up to 5 months in advance and to reserve your date we recommend booking AT LEAST 4 weeks in advance, as we book fairly quickly. Without deposit, date and time are not reserved. Custom orders over $49.99 placed within two weeks of event, will incur a $14.99 rush fee.


Before placing your order, please inform us if any person in your party has an allergy.
Allergen warning: Our products contain, or may have come in contact with, tree nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, coconuts, and pistachios), peanuts, wheat, eggs, wheat, milk, and soy. We cannot promise that a gift will not have come in contact with nuts, nut oil, or another allergen. We recommend that you take the necessary precautions based on any related allergies.

Product Policy

We try to display as accurately as possible the products available for sale on our Website. However, the colors and images that you will see on our Website will depend on a number of factors such as your monitor and its settings. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the color or other features of products ordered to in accordance with your order(s) will appear exactly the same as the image you see displayed on the Website.

In the event of a typographical error relating to price or quantity of an item featured, described, or offered for sale on this website, we reserve the right to refuse to fulfill any order(s) that rely on such errors.

Returns or Refunds

Return/ Cancellation

There are no changes allowed to any orders 2 weeks prior from due date.

Deposit/Order is NON-TRANSFERABLE. Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if order is canceled.

Unless our books allow it, there is NO DATE CHANGES. Orders paid in full, canceled 7days prior to event date, WILL NOT BE REDUNDED.

CCC is not responsible for damaged items once customer signs off. If an order is not picked up on agreed date & time, we will not redo the order or refund, if there is a balance, payment will still be due. Custom orders over $49.99, placed within 2 weeks of event, will incur a rush fee of $14.99.

Orders are prepared based off the order form and receipt. Please assure that the information is correct on the receipt.

Instore Purchases:

Unfortunately, while we work diligently on our recipes, we can not be everyone’s cup of tea.

Therefore, due to the nature of out products (FOOD) there will be no returns/ exchanges/ or refunds on Food Items.

If we have made a mistake with your order, you must contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order.

We will try our best to remedy the situation but there is no guarantee. Any attempts after 30 minutes, will not be honored.
